Music for A Great Space

The cathedrals of Europe, with their galleries and balconies, gave rise in the Renaissance to brilliant choral music composed for multiple choirs and brass. We take this idea and adapt it to three perfect exemplars of New England churches. Music for double chorus, brass, and organ from Gabrieli to Paul Halley. This is a concert in "natural" stereo sound.

Featuring the Chatham Chorale, brass ensemble, Joan Kirchner, soprano, Susie Doe, soprano and James Armstrong, organ

Missa Gaia

By enormous popular demand, we are remounting our production of the "Earth Mass."  In collaboration with the marvelous giant puppets and dancers from Big and Small Puppets and with additional student musicians and performers, this is a community production in the broadest sense. The Missa Gaia is a moving and profound exploration of the riches and the beauties of Mother Earth, with a special emphasis on the natural world of Cape Cod.
